Who we are

What we collect

Only what you type into the offer form: the property address, your name, your phone number, an email address if you give one, and anything you write in the notes field. We also record which condition you picked for the house, so the person who calls you already knows roughly what you are working with.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not buy or append data about you from third parties.

Why we collect it

• To call or text you about the property you asked us about.
• To research the address publicly — deed, tax record, comparable sales — so the offer we bring you is real.
• To keep a record of offers we have made, which we are required to do for our own accounting.

We do not use your details for anything you did not contact us about.

Calls and texts

When you tick the consent box you are agreeing that we may contact you at that number, including by automated means. That consent is not a condition of selling us anything, and you can withdraw it at any moment: reply STOP to any text, or tell whoever calls you to take the number off the list. We will, and we will not call again.

Who else sees it

Very few people. Your details go to the First Vega team and to the service providers that run our systems — our website host and our messaging provider — who process it on our behalf and nothing more.

We do not sell your information, and we do not pass your address to other investors. This matters in our industry: many companies that advertise cash offers are wholesalers who collect addresses and resell the lead or the contract. We are the buyer, and your address stays with us.

If a sale proceeds, the title company, your attorney and any lien holders will necessarily see the details required to close. That is the transaction, not marketing.

How long we keep it

If you sell to us, we keep the transaction record for as long as the law requires us to. If you do not, we keep your enquiry for two years in case you come back, and then delete it. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Your rights

• Ask what we hold about you and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct it, and we will.
• Ask us to delete it, and we will — unless we are legally required to keep a closing record.
• Ask us to stop contacting you, and we stop.

One email to info@firstvega.com is enough. No form, no account.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiries are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfect; if something ever goes wrong with data you gave us, we will tell you rather than hope you do not notice.

Children

This site is meant for adults selling property. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under eighteen.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be told to those people directly.
