Nothing on this site is an offer
The pages here describe how we buy and what the process looks like. They are not an offer to purchase, and no figure quoted on a call is binding. An offer from us exists only in writing, only after we have seen the property, and remains subject to a clear title. You are free to walk away at any point before you sign, and so are we.
We are not a real estate brokerage, we do not list property, and nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice. If a decision turns on any of those, talk to your own attorney or accountant.
Calls and text messages
When you give us your phone number on this site, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalised marketing text messages (SMS and MMS) and calls from First Vega Homes LLC about your property, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, at the number you provided or any other number you later give us.
Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or sale. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies, and we may increase or decrease it at any time. We may also change the number messages are sent from; if that happens, we will tell you.
Not every handset or area supports every message. First Vega Homes LLC, its service providers and the participating mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, and other major national and regional carriers.
Stopping the messages
Reply with any of these keywords at any time: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. You will get one final confirmation message and then nothing further. Our messaging platform recognises those keywords and only those — a sentence asking us to stop, written any other way, may not register with it, and neither we nor our messaging provider can be held to a request the system never saw. If that happens, call us on +1 (315) 278-6635 or email info@firstvega.com and we will take you off by hand.

What you are telling us is true
When you ask for an offer you confirm that you are at least 18, that the number you gave is yours to give, and that you either own the property or are authorised to discuss selling it. If you are an heir, executor or co-owner, tell us at the start — it changes the order things have to happen in, not whether we can buy.
Your information
What we collect and what we do with it is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. We do not sell your details on to other buyers or to lead brokers.
Changes, law and conflicts
We may update these terms; the date at the top says when we last did. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Where these terms and the messaging paragraphs above disagree, the messaging paragraphs control for anything to do with SMS.
